Do I need to do anything prior to treatment?

We recommend drinking plenty of water and keep to light meals before your treatment. Wear light, loose clothing for your appointment also.

As well as helping your general health and wellbeing, with regular treatments helping to prevent injuries in the future. What should I do after my treatment?

Drinking plenty of water and resting as much as possible 24 hours after your sports massage is advised. A little soreness or pain is normal also, however this usually eased within 48 hours.
